The SAS 70 Report demonstrates that an independent auditor’s review of BTInet’s controls and safeguards regarding the operation of its Bismarck, ND datacenter are relevant, suitably designed, in place and meeting the design objectives of the controls.
PCI (Payment Card Industry) Certification
We host numerous PCI compliant environments and work to make sure our procedures and controls meet the PCI 1.2 Data Security Standard requirements. We also work with customers, providing services and support required for them to meet PCI requirements as well.

Microsoft Gold Partner Certification

As a Gold Certified Partner, BTInet is on of the top level of Microsoft solutions partners and has access to the tools and support required to make your vision a success.  We have experts in Windows Server Operating Systems, IIS, SQL Server, Exchange and many other Microsoft technologies.  Our Microsoft Systems Administrators are MCITP Enterprise Administrators in several different specialties and we have three Microsoft Competencies in Hosting, Midmarket Solution Provider and Server Platform. Red Hat Certifications

We have numerous RHCEs (Red Hat Certified Engineers) and several of them are working toward their Red Hat Certified Architect certification.  The RHCA is a capstone certification to Red Hat Certified Engineer and is the most recognized, acclaimed, and mature certifications in the Linux space.  Only the best of the best have this certification, and our Red Hat Engineers are just that, the best of the best.

Oracle Solaris Certification

Some of us have been using Solaris (or SunOS) for almost 20 years and we have been supporting it in commercial hosting deployments for well over 10 years.  We are one of the few remaining hosting providers that still supports both the Solaris Operating System and Sun SPARC hardware.  We can help you with any size Solaris deployment from a T-Series web server all the way up to an M-Series enterprise server delivering massive scalability with up to 64 processors and 256 cores for the most demanding virtualization, consolidation, and multi-hosting deployments.

Juniper and other Security Certifications

Our staff of Systems Security Administrators are all Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialists in the Firewall/VPN track, the SSL VPN track or both.  We have been managing Juniper (formerly NetScreen) firewalls for over 10 years and we were the 3rd deployment of Global Pro (now known as Network & Security Manager) in North America.  Many of our System Security Administrators also hold various SANS certifications and the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification.  Don’t trust your system or network security to anyone else.

Cisco Certifications

The members of our Network Engineering staff are Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP®) certified at a minimum.  This validates their ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise networks and work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions.

EMC Certifications

Our Storage and Backup Administrators are extensively trained and experience in the EMC storage and backup solutions they support.  We have over 10 years of supporting the EMC CLARiiON Family of Storage Area Networks and Networker Tape Backup solutions.  In addition, we have recently added the EMC Avamar solution to our backup offerings.  Our SAN and Backup experts are EMC Certified Storage Administrators with concentrations in CLARiiON Solutions, Backup and Recovery–Networker or Backup and Recovery – Avamar.
